Its pretty nice for 16 bucks..
It uses Bluetooth 3.0 so has some cool features that interact with the phone/apps (fast forward/reverse volume up and down call answer and hang up). Works for about 12 hours continuous use. Has a microphone that works halfway decent. Says it reaches 30 feet away but have only tested about 15-20 and had no problems (I work out of the back of my van mos day). My phone is an Android device so was nice and easy to set the adapter as the media and my normal head set for phone calls. Also regarding use with phone I have always used the aux cable and frequently have issues with apps starting and stopping after calls causing me to use my phone while driving and now that I've been using this it rarely happens anymore.
Guess what I'm saying is anyone on here that works outta their car or just wants to add Bluetooth to their daily driver DO IT! Its so worth it!!
And to top it off as soon as I started to use it stumbled upon this! Gotta say like the white more than i thought i would but really whats not to love here..

Ok so the small black thing is the device. Just power it on and sync it to your phone or any bluetooth device. On one end is an aux jack or head phone jack use that to connect to any aux jack using a standard cable.. now anytime you get in your car your music can go to speakers without having to be physically connected..

Ah, that's useless to me. My current car stereo in the Prelude has no Aux jack. :-/

Have you checked into adding a jack? Some systems make it pretty easy with a cd changer input to rca to aux cable thingy you can get on ebay/amazon..
